1. Digital products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable after purchase and delivery of the product, download link, or access details to the customer.
2. If the customer encounters a technical issue preventing access to the digital product, they can contact us within 7 days of the purchase date. We will work to resolve the issue or resend the product if necessary.
3. The customer is entitled to a full refund if the digital product is not delivered due to a technical error on the part of the store, and the store is unable to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
4. Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• Purchasing the product by mistake.

• Failure to read the product description before purchase.

• The product not meeting the customer's needs after purchase.

• Sharing, using, or downloading the product after receiving it.
